FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Qualastat Electronics President Receives Electronics AwardNORTHBROOK, Ill., March 13, 2002--IPC—Association Connecting Electronics IndustriesÒ honored the president of Qualastat Electronics, Gettysburg, Pa., at its IPC SMEMA Council’s APEX® 2002, held January 19-24, 2002, in San Diego, Calif. Vernon Judy, Sr. was awarded the IPC Special Recognition Award for his leadership in development of IPC/WHMA-A-620, Requirements and Acceptance for Cable/Wire Harness Assemblies. This award is presented to individuals who have made a recent exceptional contribution to an IPC program or to the industry.
