Qualastat is fully equipped for the manufacture and test of Semi-Rigid Cable
Assemblies. Using the T-7000 automated bender from Seven
Associates enables us to provide price-competitive parts while
concentrating on our core-competency, value-added engineering support.
The software running the T-7000 permits us to:

utilize pre-existing designs
- Customers with proven designs may merely supply drawings with X, Y, and Z
coordinates for a quick, cost-effective turnaround.

utilize Qualastat's drawings
- Customers who are designing a system and needing to save valuable
engineering time may choose to have Qualastat design the semi-rigid assemblies
within the system and generate the required drawings. These drawings will
specify cable length and layout for each assembly within the system. Should a
system require multiple assemblies within a confined area, our drawings will
provide each unit with the optimum number of bends at precise angles to
maximize space.
